I found Charles to be a fascinating character at the beginning and didn't like the way his story, or the story in general, unfolded as it went on. Now that you've read this I would recommend reading or listening to When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead. It has a nice tie in with this story and is a nice story.Carl V.
